Here's my first one. This one is mine! ALL MINE!!!

Inside are 3 bags of tea and 3 packs of 'Sugar in the Raw'. I carry it in my purse for 'Tea Emergencies'.
Here are the two made last night. The pink-multi one is 5" tall by 4.5" wide and quite roomy. It has a button loop on the end of the flap. The purple/pink one is 4.5" by 4.25".

I'm using Bigelow tea bags because they seem to have the largest outer wrappings. If Bigelow tea bags fit in there, pretty much any other kind will fit.

The tea bag holder / cozie is so cute. Where did you find the pattern, I would love to make a few.

hi Karen,
i didn't use a pattern on these. i just made a strip in sc twice as long as i wanted the pouch to be then started to decrease on each edge until i got to the point. then i slst or sc around all the edges to make close it up. if you need a more detailed pattern, i can write one up for you.
Please write up a pattern for the tea bag "cozie". I would love to make a bunch for gifts for my tea totaling friends!!
I absolutely love your shawl as well :o)
